Achievements in 2018

  • HMDA Final approval received for Phase-1
  • Ganesh Temple foundation stone inauguration
  • First house construction started in Plot No. 729 
  • Walking tracks are 60% complete.
  • Temporary wash rooms arranged
  • Tennis, Basketball & Cricket courts are 50% complete
  • Rose garden work started
  • Got confirmation for Phase-2 mortgage
  • Club House designs are complete
  • Got confirmation for two additional open function hall

Targets for 2019

  • Ganesh Temple need to be completed
  • Amenities like Play Courts, Rose Gardens and Meditation parks need to be completed
  • Phase-2 and Phase-3 mortgages need to be completed
  • Club House construction
  • Registration of our Association "Avanthika the Brindhavan Plot Owners Welfare Association"
  • At-least 100 Constructions to start
  • Children Parks to be completed in Phase-2 and Phase-3
  • Open Function Halls and Play Courts are to be completed in Phase-3
  • Tree Plantation through out the society.
